Class Descriptions

Zumba Take the “work” out of workout, by joining us in a total body workout. Zumba combines all elements of fitness including; cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy. This class is great for all fitness levels and ages.
Zumba Toning Taking Zumba to the next level. Tone, sculpt and define those muscles using lightweight Toning sticks. Shake your way to a better you!
H.I.T.T. This class is intense! It is a high intensity interval training that will focus on strength in conditioning. This is a fast-paced class intended for anyone who wants a challenge.
TRX Challenge yourself with this Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
Yoga A soothing and relaxing way to start the day! Learn the fundamentals of yoga including balance, stretching, and posture. We will be practicing different poses and focusing on connecting with your inner self.
Pilates Join us for a more intense style of yoga! This class will focus mainly on core and stability. We will be practicing yoga poses but with movement and resistance.
Stretch and Tone Stretching is one of our most under used forms of exercise but in order to work those muscles correctly, you must be warmed up and sending blood to your muscles. This class is intended to help your flexibility and keep you ready for more workouts.
Sharpen Up This class is made to test you mentally and physically. The purpose of this class is to improve hand eye coordination, balance, quickness and depth perception. The class format will start with a warm-up, and will consist of drills that will work on reaction time, balance, and agility. The class is designed for all fitness levels and ages, and will help improve one’s self being.
Extreme Ride This is no typical spin class. This class is intense and fast! It will be held in an atmosphere with dimmed lights and loud music for the ultimate riding experience.
Spin-EZ This spin class is for beginner and intermediate riders who are looking to break a sweat while having fun! We will be spinning on stationary bikes to great music at a pace controlled by you!
Weight Lifting Whether you’re a beginner in the weight room or an expert, use this class to set goals and reach them in the gym. Jared will help you learn new equipment or break over that plateau.
